All orders are processed within 1–2 working days.
We partner with Ninjavan for domestic deliveries within Malaysia, and DHL / UPS Express for international shipments to ensure fast and secure delivery.

Please note: Once an order has been dispatched, any delays, losses, or issues that occur during transit are outside of our control. APZL® cannot be held responsible for parcels that are delayed, lost, or stolen during shipping.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & IMPORT FEES
All international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges imposed by your local government. These fees are not included in the purchase price and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
As a growing independent brand, we are currently unable to cover these extra costs. However, we are working towards setting up international distribution in the near future to help minimize such fees. Thank you for your continued support and understanding.
